Self Confidence

Self-confidence. Why do some people have it while others do not? A puzzling question.

Confidence, by definition is “the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust.”

I’m confident the chair I’m sitting on while shooting this video is going to hold me. Why? Because I’ve sat on it before without issue. I’ve tested it, so to speak, and know that it will hold my weight.

You know yourself better than anyone else. Why the lack of self-confidence?

Trust yourself. Believe in yourself!

Have an awesome day.
