How To – Arnold Press

Dumbbell Arnold Presses, named after the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. These focus on the shoulder muscles, specifically the front deltoid. Use a seat with a back for support. Put a weight plate under that front if it needs to be elevated a little bit. Start with your elbows bent, palms facing toward you. Dumbbells about shoulder height. Push the dumbbells up and over your head while rotating your hands, so your palms face away from you at the top of the movement. Avoid letting the dumbbells drift away from your body and slouching posture.
